Why do t I get a bill

I am being ripped off and haven't gotten a bill yet and I'm not supposed to have paperless billing.

Hello @Madmom253 Can you elaborate what billing discrepancy you are having? When it comes to paperless billing that setting is controlled on the customer's end through our website or the app. Steps to manage those preferences can be found below. Be aware if you are receiving the $10/mo autopay discount that does require paperless billing and would be removed if you turn either off.

I've always had paperless billing turned off due to the fact that I have a traumatic brain injury and it would be discrimination to my disability for them not to receive send me the bill in a form that in which I can understand due to my disability for one for two I need to know how to just file for a full refund because I am completely disgusted with Xfinity

I am sorry to hear about the issues with the billing @Madmom253, we can take a look at the account and see if paperless billing is still turned off, but in order to switch the preference, that has to be done in the app or the website. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it
