why did my bill go up when i moved, even though i asked for my plan to stay the same?

I'm not sure what happened, but I moved (about two miles away from my previous apartment) and my bill skyrocketed from $65 a month to $90 a month. I worked with some really kind employees via chat when I moved who set me up with the plan that would keep my cost essentially the same, but I received my bill and I was pretty surprised. Was there some added cost nobody told me about? AI assistant wasn't helping at all, and it's just telling me the monthly bill costs at my new place. I want to know why there's a difference.

Hi there, @user_6110hs! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! It's always confusing when your rates change unexpectedly. The most common reason that your bill would increase is because you may have come off of a promotional rate. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history. If you need a hand going over your bill to see what the situation is, please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
