Hello @user_iz09ev and thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Community forums with your concern.  We're here to help! 😀

Billing can change for many reasons; changes to your programming and subscriptions, expiration of promotional credits, pricing changes, and changes to tax rates and fees are just a few items that could cause a difference in your billing.

We typically announce changes in billing, including rate increases, or promotional expirations on page 3 of your monthly statement, and typically post them to the billing statement prior to the changes taking effect, so that you have time to consider options, such as repackaging your services.

Page 3 will include items on the right-hand side including the Important Notices section with specific information if there are upcoming price or rate increases, the Additional Information section, showing any TV price changes, fee changes or other adjustments, the Service Summary (in Green) showing any promotions you have that may be expiring, as well as a section titled Your Bill Explained, which summarizes what is different on the current bill compared to the previous one.

All changes to your billing are listed on your bill at least 30 days in advance of them taking effect.

You can also check for billing changes in the Xfinity App.

If any changes occur to your billing midway through a billing period, you may see prorated charges or credits on the statement as well, detailing the dates of effectiveness.

If you need additional help understanding your billing changes, please let us know.  We'd be happy to assist further!💯
