why as a loyal customer of 7years do i not get as good as a deal as a new customer
As a dedicated customer for seven years, my bill has been increased to $70. Meanwhile, new customers are offered attractive options: $40 for 300 Mbps, $45 for 500 Mbps, and $50 for a gig. Unfortunately, Xfinity has been unable to assist me. It is important to note that I only use the internet for a Fire Stick and some light gaming.
I appreciate Xfinity for their lack of assistance and for providing 24-hour support that often delivers inaccurate information.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
