Why are you charging our credit card?

You've charged our credit card $85. We don't have service from you, so we don't have an account with which to sign in. What's going on?

It looks like some business you deal with was hacked. Someone else is using your credit card number. You should contact your credit card company immediately.

I searched each address, and only one was found having service with us, but under a different name than either you provided. Not much found there. Did the charge by chance have details of what account number it was applied to I can search for?

@XfinityEricB​ The line item on the credit card statement says "COMCAST 800-934-6489 MI". That's all.

"different name"--we're unclear on who that would be. <Edited for violating forum guidelines: “Personal Information> . <Edited>  wife is <Edited>. 

"one was found having service with us"--Our internet service in Okemos is with AT&T, and in <Edited>name. Our service in Winter Garden is with Spectrum, and in my name. So is our service in Petoskey. 

<Edited> says she used to have TV and internet service through Comcast at the Okemos home, under her name, but the TV service was discontinued five or six years ago when we installed an antenna, and the internet service was discontinued several years ago when <Edited> needed a fast connection and the AT&T service was installed.
