Why am I not able to change my plan online?

Xfinity is becoming a joke.  I'm not able to look up or change my plan online,  Every time I'm able to get someone on chat they just want to transfer me.  I am seriously about to drop this service after a decade of subscriptions.

@user_yhbw9s This isn't the experience we want any customer to have. Are you receiving an error code or message when trying do change your plan online?

No error code.  I log in to my account and navigate to change plan.  I'm shown the contract plan I was on at $60 (now at $80).  I toggle the button to no contract and nothing changes.  I choose a plan, add it to my cart and click next, and then I get an endless loading screen (I have left it for over an hour).

@XfinityShawn​ I have already set up an install with an alt provider so if this is going to be fixed, it would be better sooner rather than later.
