Where is my trade in credit

I am about to lose it. I have gone into the Xfinity store 6x, chatted 4x & called 4x with NO HELP! At this point, I am thinking Xfinity is a [Edited: Inflammatory] & I am going to contact the BBB if someone doesn't get my $550 credit applied to my account! They keep telling me to contact Assurant but they won't talk to you, they say that it's only through my carrier. One kind representative there was able to confirm that they DID receive my old phone & that it was in good condition, but Xfinity just shows that it's still pending. They will do NOTHING to reach out to Assurant & confirm this. [Edited: Inflammatory]!

@user_52f8nl, hello! Thank you for reaching out. We can help you get some information on your trade in. Real quick, how long ago did you send in your device? Also, do you have your confirmation email from Assurant? That will have a link to their status portal as well as your offer number.

No I don't! Because apparently nothing was properly tracked by Xfinity or them! Nobody would send me anything when I asked. I have confirmation from USPS in an email that it was delivered to Assurant 8/24/24. Then Assurant confirmed by phone that the phone was inspected & confirmed on 8/28/24 by them. But somehow it won't show on Xfinity's end & now I can't get anyone at Xfinity OR Assurant to help me to find [Edited: Language] happened! This needs to get resolved & my credit needs to be issued ASAP! This is $550 I am out because of this [Edited: Inflammatory]! This is absurd.

user_52f8nl Let me get in a ticket to our mobile experts to look into to this for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Done! This needs to get processed today! I am done with Xfinity's run around & awful customer support! This is absolutely unacceptable.

A ticket was already opened & they said the credit would be applied within 3 cycles & it's far past that now! I am tired of these excuses & lies when this company took my money & isn't delivering what was promised.
