When do I see automatic billing and paperless discount?
A few months ago I enrolled in automatic billing, and paperless statements. In those three months I have not seen any discount on my bill. From what I have read on the rate card for my area, I can get a discount for it. I was wondering if I qualify for this discount? I am not looking for a handout or a discount if I do not qualify for it. This is just a simple inquiry if I can get this discount or not.

@strykerzr350 What @Again has posted above is accurate.
That being said, as a courtesy, we have applied a credit to your account ahead of when the discount would have kicked in. Thanks for your patience.

It's 3 months or 45 days after signup. If you don't see the discount on your next bill, post back.
