We are giving you an additional courtesy adjustment

Hello,

I received an email on Jan 8 saying: Good news—you'll see an adjustment on your bill this month.

The the email goes on to say:

This adjustment is in addition to the courtesy adjustment in your October bill and is part of our commitment to give customers 100% of what we receive, now and in the future.

I never received a courtesy adjustment on my October bill.  I'm an autopay customer and my bill has stayed the same. I'm curious whether (1) I am actually due an adjustment for my October bill, and (2) I will get the adjustment for this month?

For reference, my question seems similar to this thread: https://forums.xfinity[.]com/t5/Billing/Sports-Network-courtesy-adjustment/td-p/3396537

@ComcastJosephB: Your reply references "this link" and a "Private Messenger" section, but contains neither. Could you please edit your message so that it includes the missing information?
