Was promised $45/month and signed a contract with a $45 estimated monthly bill, but why am I paying $75?
Like the title reads, I was promised $45/month, and I confirmed again and again since Dec 2023 AND Jan 2024 that my contract would stay the same price (I have screenshots)... Comes February the bill is now over 2x the price with the spottiest connections. So one of the customer agents stated in Feb 2024 I had to sign a new contract to stay at the estimated monthly bill being $45. I sign the new contract on 2/20/2024 at 1:06pm (screenshot), but not before reaffirming with the agent that this was THE FINAL TIME I would have to contact Xfinity and that my bill would remain $45... Yet every month since I get a bill for $75. And every month yet again I have to contact Xfinity and they adjust the price back and AGAIN ASSURE ME that THIS IS THE LAST TIME I will have to contact Xfinity regarding the bill. And to add a little spice to this they keep kicking me to other departments saying they can't find out what to do at least 4x during one contact, where I have to YET AGAIN explain the problem.
This seems to be a prevalent problem in this community let alone my experiences:
