Was charged twice now wrong amount
Hello,
I called last month over the same issue. This month I was suppose to only be charged 15 or so for the difference of non reimbursement but could put the money on to the next bill. This month I was charged the exact same amount as last month. I am very unhappy and might just switch to t mobile internet because this is ridiculous.
