Want To get Bill Credited For Loss of Service
Want to see about getting my bill credited for loss of service. My service was recently knocked out for a week after a tree had fallen on the line and broke it. It went out early September 1st, and was reconnected September 7. There is also another day it was knocked out a week or so prior for the entire day. I can't remember the exact date for that. All I know is it was out all day then. And I'm not sure what happened then, but Comcast sent a message alerting me that the service had been restored later that night. Maybe you can check recent outages for this address and messages to confirm this.
I've also already sent a direct message to xfinity support.
It's getting late here, but I will check back in tomorrow.
I appreciate any help with this.
