Want my credit
I’ve been trying for months now to get my money back for a defective Apple Watch that I had paid in full. The watch was returned and received by you but the account was so screwed up that I can’t seem to get it fixed. Here’s what I’ve gone thru….watch received (only ordered because they said it would lower cable bill which it didn’t…ended up having to go to xfinity store to get it lowered), Watch wouldn’t charge so contacted xfinity who were supposed to send me new Watch & return label, never received so contacted again & they said return wasn’t done properly so they did again, received new watch still no return label so contacted again, they emailed return label and sent another watch(refused since I had already received replacement. 2nd watch was told about $300 xfinity rewards….knew nothing about it with 1st watch which is why it was paid in full. I’ve been getting charged for 2 watches for months when I’ve only ever had 1. I’ve chatted with multiple people and am told each time it’s been escalated & will be fixed [Edited: Personal Information] being the latest escalated ticket. Today I actually talked to a supervisor who told me she was only authorized to go up to $50 in credit & never offered to escalate again u til I told her to. I want my refund & credit for bills I was charged for 2 watches, it really can’t be that hard can it?

Still waiting on my refund…..can’t even chat with an agent now it just cycles thru question after question, can’t understand talking to someone. Do NOT purchase any watch o from them or try to return it if defective. You will NoT get your $ back!!!!!
