Waived Charges sent to collections and on my credit report
Hi need to know how to submit legal documents for a lawsuit. I moved from my apartment to a new home and attempted to transfer my Comcast services and Comcast was not able to provide me with services in my new home location. They then tried to charge me Early Termination Fees. I disputed the ETF charges and they waived them only for them to send the disputed charges to collections and now impacting my credit report. It is my explicit aim sue the company for the charge, the legal fees as well as the cost of credit repair. I was a loyal customer who never missed a payment and this is how I'm treated, because they can't provide service? Please note my current service sucks and if I had a choice it would have been Comcast but after this, that will nverer happen.
I'm currently looking to move the 52 attached business accounts under my purview to AT&T.

You can't sue, you can only go to arbitration.
If you were in a contract and you moved to an area that Comcast doesn't service then early termination fees apply. You, basically, are the one that has broken the contract.
If you are under a contract and you need to cancel service, you may be subject to an early termination fee (ETF).
If you move to a Comcast serviceable area, and transfer service, you are not charged.
If you move to a Comcast serviceable area, and do not sign up for service, then the ETF would apply.
If you move to a non-Comcast serviceable area, then the ETF does apply.
If it is an active duty military deployment, then the ETF will be waived when you send documentation.
If the account holder is deceased, the ETF will be waived upon receiving a death certificate or obituary.
If you downgrade service, then the ETF will not apply.
If you have a Double/Triple Play and remove all but one service, then the ETF will not apply.
