Urgent Refund Request – Service Never Activated

Dear Xfinity Customer Support,

I am writing to request a refund for the charges on my account for the past two months.

I never activated or used the Xfinity internet service. I also returned all of the equipment approximately two months ago without ever activating it. Despite this, I have continued to be charged.

I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue. When I called customer service, I was told to contact support through chat. When I contacted chat support, I was told that I needed to call instead. Unfortunately, I have been going back and forth without receiving a refund or a clear solution.

Since the service was never activated or used and the equipment was returned two months ago, I kindly request that you review my account, refund all charges made after the equipment was returned, and confirm that there will be no further charges.

I would really appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Kabin [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Kabin77 Hi there! Thanks for using our Forums and we are happy to look into your refund request. Our team is happy to work with you and get this all figured out. To get started can you send us a DM with your full name and service address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
