Hello user_uix7zr, are you receiving a specific error message when attempting to update the card? Appreciate you getting us in the loop to help.

Needed to add a new card for payment. Couldn’t do it. Couldn’t get a customer service rep

@user_uix7zr, Does the account current have out Automatic Payments active and enabled? If you are trying to update the current Automatic Payment information, you would need to disable Automatic Payments, add the new payment information, then enable Automatic Payments with the new saved payment information. 

 

You can visit our 'Set up or turn off automatic payments in your account' support page on how to enable/disable the feature on the Xfinity web portal and our 'Automatic Payments – Terms and Conditions'.
