Upcoming automatic payment- not authorized

I do not authorize the upcoming automatic payment.
The service still does not work in the bedroom.
I had an appointment for a technician to show up,, I took time off from work and lost wages!
He never showed up!
I was promised a call from a supervisor-- never happened!
You are not authorized to take another cent from me for this horrible customer service!
This serves as legal notice that you are not authorized to take any payment from me! [Edited: All Caps]

Hello @user_fdm8vk Thanks for reaching out. If you are setup on autopay and don't want it to draft a payment I'd recommend disabling that temporarily. But we can certainly look into the account and missed appointment to find out what is going on. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
