Unused equipment not showing up to start a return

I keep receivingvtext messages to return an unused streaming box and I would love to do so. The problem is when I attempt to start a new return there are no devices to select so I am unable to print the label. I know that I can take to a retail store or ups store to drop off but those are not options for me. I need to print the self return label. Please help.

@user_uaf8p0 since your equipment is not listed for you to get a return label and start the return it would be best to have drop off the equipment. If you are not able to do so yourself anyone can do it for you. It is as simple as just bringing the equipment into the nearby UPS or Xfinity store and tell them you want it returned. No box is required it's all free.

Xfinity equipment can be returned to any UPS Store or Xfinity Store. Customers can also visit our Digital Return Center at comca.st/3Aphr3B and follow the on-screen instructions for the device you'd like to return to us. You can schedule an at-home pickup by initiating the equipment return at the Digital Returns Center, printing the UPS return label, boxing up the equipment and then calling 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule the pickup.
