unreturned tv box fee
I am getting charged for unreturned tv box every month when I have never had Xfinity TV or any TV Box. It started on the billing date of October 7. The first month I was charged twice for an unreturned tv box. One $12 charge was under regular monthly charges and one $12 charge was under partial charges in my statements. I called Xfinity internet support and they got rid of one of the charges. I called Xfinity support 2 times after that to give me credits for the recurring charge.
