Unreturned Equipment Fee

Had an Xumo Stream Box that stopped working after like 5 years. Called infinity and they sent out a new one and didn’t mention that the old one needed to be returned or provide any details. Checked into my statements recently and I’ve been getting charged $14 a month for unreturned equipment? Ofcourse itll be a 2 hour event too get a live agent and have it sorted out.

@user_gd0mlm Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can understand how frustrating this is. Do you still have the old Xumo box? You would need to return the equipment in order to have the charge removed from your account. This link will walk you through the options available to return the equipment. Once the equipment has been returned you can reach back out and we would be able to ensure that the box has been fully removed on our end and we are able to offer an adjustment for the last 4 billing cycles you were charged for it.

@user_gd0mlm Please send us a DM to Xfinity support with your full name and address so we can look into what the options are to remove the box from the account.
