Unresolved Billing Issue

I tried to resolve a billing issue for the 2nd time today and got the same scam offer again. I told them I was not interested, but they kept insisting. The billing issue is still not resolved.

WORST customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!  I would have been FIRED if I were this incompetent.  Maybe I need to change suppliers.
