Unresolved Billing Issue - Requesting Direct Contact Only (Call Disconnected by Management)

Hi,

I am writing here hoping to get this escalated immediately to an official Digital Care employee. Please do not post a public reply to this thread. Due to the sensitive nature of my account and work-from-home setup, I require direct contact only via phone, email, or a private Direct Message.

I am a work-from-home subscriber who bundles four services: 500 Mbps internet, unlimited data, a landline, and mobile service. I use my own networking equipment. My promotional discount recently expired, causing my monthly bill to jump from $67 to $106.

I have been trying to resolve this for a month. A month ago, I spoke to a retention manager named Joe, but no progress was made. Today, I spent another hour and fifteen minutes on the phone and spoke directly with a retention manager named Zack. Unfortunately, the call was abruptly disconnected on their end while I was holding. Zack did apply a one-time $60 courtesy credit before the drop, but my underlying rate is still broken at $106. No one called me back to finalize a real fix.

Because I work from home, I cannot risk scheduling a service cancellation or lowering my 500 Mbps speed tier. However, this price increase is a major issue. I want to keep my multi-service bundle with Xfinity, but I need assistance from a corporate analyst who can privately review my profile and apply a recurring loyalty credit or restructure my landline feature code to help restore my previous rate permanently.

Could an official Xfinity representative please initiate a private Direct Message with me or contact me via the phone/email linked to my profile to resolve this? Thank you.

Hi @user_64jawp, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to go over your available and eligible promotion options for the Xfinity account. We can only go over available and eligible promotional offers and new customer offers would be limited to new customers only. If there are no promotional deals that fit your needs, we will be unable to make any changes or provide a service adjustment to offset any savings.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), and I'll be happy to help see what is available for the account.
