unlimited service charged for extra use

I signed up for 2 years contract on February 03, 2025, for $63.00 per month unlimited data and surprised I received charges for the las 3 months with the total amount of $212.00 and the extra charges are for extra use of internet, I never have signed for limited service and anyways nothing have change in my house , I'm trying to resolve this issue without have to sign for a 5 year contract, I'm still have another year to go to end the actual contract and I'm in a fixed  budget.

Help please!

I am sorry to hear about the issues with your billing, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. The plans that we have now that include the unlimited data option did not become available until June of last year, so the plan you are on might not have the option for unlimited data, but we can take a look at the plan and confirm that. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
