Unexplained bill and billing dept is [Edited]

I called to find out why I have a bill thats reoccurring for 42.50 on my bill thats separate from my bill of 115 thats never reflected on the statement. Yall pocket 42.50 from an automatic payment that should have never happend for the last year. So why [Edited: "Profanity"] is it so hard to find out why im getting charged. Your ai billing department literally cannot tell me why and again its not reflected in my statement but its on my bofa and email saying yall are charging me.
