Unauthorized payment withdrawn
Xfinity agent charged my bank account within authorization while on a text chat. I asked if I could upgrade a device, they charged my account as a one time payment to bypass my auto pay and left the chat. I spend 6.5 hrs on the phone without resolution. Ready to contact the authorities...
