Unauthorized movie rental

My 4 year old rented a movie without my knowledge. She has started it but I don’t want the purchase can it be removed from my bill?

Greetings, user_yum4vj, I have been there myself! Rest assured you've reached the right place for help. One thing that may help moving forward is to set up a purchase pin. If you're using Xfinity X1, Flex, or a Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity, you can easily manage your Purchase PIN right from the on-screen guide. Once your Purchase PIN is set up, you’ll be asked to enter it anytime you make a purchase on that device. If you have multiple X1 or Flex streaming TV Boxes, you’ll need to set up a PIN for each one individually. We want to make sure you feel confident and secure while enjoying your entertainment and would be happy to help see what we can do about that accidental purchase. Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

I have a charge for a movie I didn't rent, noticed by text notification and I have pin on. No one was watching TV at 2:30 and when I turned it on, I was watching Vix, then had an internet crash and I couldn't watch it anymore. Was watching cartoon on regular cable for a bit before turning off. I clicked quick on the movie,  was looking for other options but got out as the movie was getting ready to start.

We do recommend enabling purchase pin and parental controls to prevent any future purchases.
