Unauthorized movie rental

My 4 year old rented a movie without my knowledge. She has started it but I don’t want the purchase can it be removed from my bill?

Greetings, user_yum4vj, I have been there myself! Rest assured you've reached the right place for help. One thing that may help moving forward is to set up a purchase pin. If you're using Xfinity X1, Flex, or a Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity, you can easily manage your Purchase PIN right from the on-screen guide. Once your Purchase PIN is set up, you’ll be asked to enter it anytime you make a purchase on that device. If you have multiple X1 or Flex streaming TV Boxes, you’ll need to set up a PIN for each one individually. We want to make sure you feel confident and secure while enjoying your entertainment and would be happy to help see what we can do about that accidental purchase.
