Unauthorized Charges

My card on file was charged without my permission. I got a notification from my bank of the charge and noticed that there was a voicemail from a comcast agent one minute earlier asking for a payment. Mind you I have 3 more days to make my payment and I am not currently on Autopay, this was confirmed by multiple agents I spoke to. How is this company's agents able to charge a card on my account without my permission???? I usually make payment from my bank account and not this card and I am very upset and uneasy about this company having any of my information at this point. I have saved all the chats and the voicemail that proved I have not spoken to or made any payments with any agents. On top of this, I now have an upcoming charge for an Agent Assisted Payment which I never spoke with an agent to help me make a payment!!!! The customer service apologized but game me NO reassurance about this matter and I got no credit for the inconvenience. I am very uncomfortable having my bank and card information with this company and I think this is about time I look elsewhere for my internet needs.
