Unauthorized Charges

We have been charged for Voice Premiere even though we never authorized any changes to be made to our account. After speaking with their live assistant, they assured me those charges would be removed. Now my bill is due, and those charges have not been removed, and now they are claiming that I authorized those charges! This is the 3rd time Comcast has added unauthorized charges to our account and tried to get us to pay for it.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
