Unacceptable response

3 phone calls & over 1 hour with no assistance. For 3 months you charged me $116 vs $58. You had the wrong email & I autopay and did realize this until I received a letter in the mail. I called & they fixed my account to now bill me $66 & was told to callback to get a credit from the $116 i was charged Jan-March. Please refund $50 for these 3 months

If a promotional plan has concluded and services were not changed, the charges would be valid and we would not be able to issue an adjustment. Same with the Self-Service Discount.
