Unable To Update Billing Info

I'm trying to update my billing info but keep getting an error message that I need to verify my phone number and email address. However, both have been verified and I have received correspondence from Xfinity on both. How can I update my billing info?

Good morning @user_1l1tkh. Payment methods can be updated in either the Xfinity app, or on the website. Here is some information on how to change the autopay information.
