unable to process payment infite loading screen
i enter all my info need and my cc then it goes to a solid white box with 3 dots showing loading
has been 10 min still nothing
has tried 2 other times yesterday also tried to use incognito mode for chrome
any ideas

I'm sorry for the trouble, and excellent work trying incognito mode! I am not showing any issues with setting up payments online at this time. Is this for your Xfinity home services account or for a Xfinity mobile account? Do you currently have autopay set up or are you making a one time payment?
