I recently upgraded to the 1000 Mbs package Xfinity offers, but testing across numerous speed sites, including Xfinity's, I am averaging 28 Mbs download. I have read all the forums online about hardware bottlenecks and I have had numerous internet providers (at lower speed packages) go to this comp

geez good thing they extended my bill pay until the 10th, because im trying to pay my bill and earlier i couldn't even access the bill page, now when i can, it keeps asking me to verify to send to my cell phone or email, tried both and it keeps redirecting back to the same page. I tried different

after 2 week of issues that response worked lol  thank god the 3hr ride to and from on a buss would of [EDIT: Language]

@Quadro Are you able to try incognito https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/private-browsing and do not check to keep you logged in on the website? I have had success with other customers doing these steps.

... device or resource dns server is not responding ​... "DNS server" problems are most often "lost connection to Comcast" problems. Are you connecting via Wifi or Ethernet? If Wifi, it's best to switch to an Ethernet cable connection if possib

i get 1 tb of data a month and almost at my limit what happens when i reach or go over  and is there data packs i can buy to carry me over to next billing date ?
