Unable to get credit updated

I am trying to upgrade phone but my credit had a freeze on it.  I am now unable to get any promotional offers to buy new devices.  I've lifted the freeze but can't seem to get Xfinity to update or re-run the credit check - please help.

If you are interested in determining if the Device Payment Plan amount can be updated, you will need to call our Xfinity Mobile team by calling 1 (888) 936-4968 or live chat at https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile. we are unable to run the check as we do not accept personal information over our chat here. They can perform a soft credit screening for you. 

Please give them a call and they will be able to let you know if any line and device limit can be increased.
