Unable to cancel services online
Been trying to self serve and cancel so I can then bring the equipment but it's not allowing me to. I've contacted the support messenger and it only takes me to transfer service but not stop or cancel services. Not user friendly for cancellations. They also changed my essential package that I've had for 6 years for 9.99 in Boston to 14.99 without letting me know here in Texas. I transferred services to Texas and they would sneak in a $14.99 payment then back to 9.99... now it's back to 14.99 with no reason and while on auto pay. Not cool and I'm all set.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
