Unable to cancel Peacock, am being charged $13.99 per month!!??

I have 1.2GB Internet plan. I am being charged on my credit card for $13.99 a month for Peacock Premium. When I log into Peacock, there is no card on file and the account is being managed through Xfinity. I DO NOT WATCH PEACOCK, I DO NOT WANT IT. I called Xfinity and they told me the Peacock is FREE and they CANNOT CANCEL IT!!???? Please see image of $13.99 monthly charge, Peacock and Xfinity screen shots. DO I need a lawyer? FCC Complaint??? How do I stop this unauthorized recurring charge?????

Hello, @user_58a3ye have you already contacted Peacock support to make sure there's not more than one account open? We have seen this happen before. If it's been confirmed the Peacock plan associated with your Xfinity service is included at no cost I would reach out to Peacock at https://www.peacocktv.com/help to review the charge further. It’s worth double-checking and confirming with them.

I have tried this multiple times and they refer me back to Xfinity , with the following message - i have been told the only way to solve this is to downgrade my 1.2 GB service to a lesser plan that doesn't include peacock premium, so I can discover who is billing me..

Your Plan

Peacock Premium

Billed by Xfinity

To make changes to your plan or cancel your subscription, please visit the Xfinity subscription manager on your Xfinity device.
