Turn off auto pay for mobile

I switched mobile providers need it turned off

@user_pvca42Autopay is not able to be turned off for Xfinity Mobile accounts. If you've initiated the process of porting your number to the new carrier, your Xfinity Mobile service will cease once the port is completed, assuming you have no additional lines active on your account, which would stop the automatic payments from processing. 

Please also note that sending unsolicited direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
