Trying to send a Direct Message to Xfinity Support

Thank you for taking the time to reach out @user_7m3gu2. The reason for the post was to perform some research on a 3rd set-top box that you do not have any longer. I am glad that we were able to do some digging and remove the set-top box and future charges from the service bill. If you happen to need any assistance in the future, please create a new parent submission post and leave details regarding the issue and reason for reaching out.
