Trying to pay my account [Edited]

im trying to pay this account but can not get it to come up.   I have 3 accounts this is one of them..

why is comcast so difficult to pay.   always a pain [Edited: "Profanity"]..

I dont get it.

I'm sorry for the frustration the system is causing with making a payment to one of your accounts. I would love to help out and make sure that you can easily navigate the accounts and make payment when needed. 

I know autopay is not ideal for everyone, but it really helps me out with managing my accounts plus I know I will never have a late charge. If you are interested once we have the issue cleared up, you can set up autopay to help make sure you don't have to go through this again. 

When accessing your accounts do you typically use the same login credentials for accessing all the account? If not, another option we can set up is to link the accounts so that you can access them all with the same credentials. You simply use a drop-down at the top of the website or app to move between the accounts to manage each of them individually.

Are you having trouble with accessing the account itself online or are you receiving an error when you try to process the payment?
