Trying to downgrade service! Keep getting disconnected
We are in the process of buying a home and trying to cut bills until after closing. I’m trying to disconnect my cable and home phone and only keep internet at speeds of 25MB, I saw the offer for that for $25 a month but when I try to select it, it doesn’t add to my cart. And I’ve called customer service to try and do it over the phone but I keep getting disconnected from the call.

Went through verification, answered all the same questions, and was hung up on again.
This is ridiculous.
It shouldn’t be this hard to downgrade services to save money for a move.
