Why tell the customer you will not be charged to only find a one-time fee of 80.00 for their wiring issue that cut off the internet during work and schook hours constantly?

In reviewing your account, I do see this charge was credited on 11/20/2020.
As a courtesy, we have also credited back any late fees that may have been incurred on this account over the past 24 months.
