Transferring account

I have moved but left my router for the current tenants - how do i transfer the account and billing to them?

Hey @user_mlap6n, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out. You can find a lot of information on changing the account ownership by visiting our 'Changing ownership of an Xfinity account' support page. 

 

We do recommend only performing the changes for people you may know as both parties will need to provide information, credit checks, and more. Do you know the other party you wish to transfer ownership? If not, it may be best to recommend disconnection of the account and enrollment in a new account for the other party.
