Transfer of program

I was approved for the affordable connectivity program on May of this year . I was also told I could get a phone with a one time payment of $19.95 and no monthly bill. Only to Find out my affordable  connectivity program was removed in June. The reason was it can only be transferred from one provider to another once in an calendar month. I never transferred my service I have always had Xfinity so I am not understanding this and I'm not getting no results anywhere . Please help as I now have an outstanding bill because of this issue.

Hello @user_dnwm1d it sounds like your ACP discount was moved from our Internet plan over to your phone plan for the deal mentioned. The ACP discount can only be used with one provider at a time, so if you used this discount to obtain your phone, it is likely it was transferred from your Internet plan over to your phone plan. Have you connected with the provider of your phone to ensure that they are not using the ACP discount to provide the device to you for $0/mo?
