Total lack of respect for their paying customers.
On Jan 13, 2025, I received an email saying that the NBC sports channel would be moved to another plan on Jan. 14. In effect, the very next day, the channel was no longer on my list. Talking about telling us in advance.
In my opinion, this is not a way to treat their clients and show a total lack of respect for their paying customers. They should have given us a few days to evaluate it and decide what to do. I am very disappointed, to say the least.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. You will receive a credit for the RSN fee and then moving forward the RSN will be reduced.
