Tired of Xfinity not reminding the end of contract term
I have been a customer for more than 15 years; and every time my contract comes to an end; I realize it by the huge increase of the bill. I am on auto-pay and looks like I received an unbelievable 100% increase on my internet bill. Yes, Xfinity do send emails to notify about bills; but look at the email subject for all. SAME.

Xfinity never says: "LOOK, your promotional deal that you got TWO YEARS AGO is coming to an end and we will charge you double starting next month". Most likely Xfinity loves collecting these extra charges from millions of customers until they realize the bump; get in touch with Xfinity; receive no refund or credits; move on to another plan or deal, rinse and repeat.
I don't have any issues with the service; the only thing I hate about Xfinity is all the shenanigans I have to endure at the end of every contract term. I need a support person reach out to me and maybe fix it this time. I don't want any contract term.
PS: Did you know your biggest competitor (that has one A & two Ts in their name) is offering Fiber internet in my area for:
1 GIG -> $50/mo
5 GIG -> $95/mo
plus $200 gift card?? Comcast needs to review their pricing.

Hey @onureker , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding your agreement. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. The agreement ending dates are located usually on page 3 of the billing statement under your services. It will show when the promotional period is ending on the PDF. We will be happy to take a look at the account to see what is available.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.To send a "Direct Message":
