There Is No Way To Reach Out To You Guys For A Refund

My connection got deactivated on its own immiedietly after a prepaid monthly payment.
When I asked to rectivate, I was informed that it can not be reactivated. I applied for the new connection and again paid the monthly charges. There was some issue in activating the modem. The issue was never resolved. I cancelled the services and asking for a refundddd for both monthly payment.

@user_rh840

Thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration when trying to request a refund as a customer myself. I am very sorry to hear about this experience. Based on what you've described, I can see why you would be concerned after making a prepaid payment, having the service deactivate unexpectedly, being unable to reactivate it, paying again for a new account, and then still being unable to get the modem activated before ultimately canceling the service. We'd be happy to review this further with you. While refunds are not automatically guaranteed, we can investigate the payments, service history, and activation attempts to determine what options may be available. Would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message and we'll take a closer look into what occurred and work to identify the appropriate next steps. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to review this with you.
