the xfinity website won't let me add a new credit card to my account.

when i try to add a new credit card to my account it always shows me this message. "You can't add a new payment method yet. We need to verify your contact information to keep your account secure. Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already." i have tried calling the xfinity phone number 2 times to add the my new credit card and both times they were not able to help me out. can anyone try to help me get rid of any hold on my account that's preventing me to add a new payment. My phone number and email have already been verified already.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Are you using the app or website? If you're using the website, have you attempted to log in on incognito mode and change the payment? Have you tried a different browser?
