Thanks for nothing!

Thank you! You gave us a $7.76 "we love you" discount and then raised our bill $9.02.

@SwoozieB  Apologies. The recent $7.76 credit on your account was due to a courtesy adjustment

for the regional sports network fees.

Due to the unique circumstances of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, many professional sports were not played or broadcast this year. In response to this situation, we’ve been working with the regional sports networks to secure refunds wherever possible. If you paid the Regional Sports Network Fee in 2020, we intend to offer you 100% of the refund we receive as a courtesy adjustment on your bill.

More details on that here:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/rsn-credit-faqs

And we do love you. We have placed an additional small credit on your account for your loyalty.

Thanks for your patience.

Thank You!

We didn't read the first email Xfinity sent carefully. Just noticed the $7.76 credit. It just struck me in the wrong way today when I saw our bill - down $7.76 but up $9.02.

Since we are stuck at home during this virus situation, TV and internet are more than important to us old folks.

So in that respect - we Love you, too and Thank You for something!!!
