Temporary service plan

I enrolled in a temporary service plan and paid the $50 to activate. The $50 payment is posted to my account but just as a regular one-time payment, the payment plan and monthly payment details are not reflected on my account, and my service has been disconnected. Can anybody help me out? I have screenshots with receipts from the payment plan.

user_ku9lvl Sorry to hear you are running into issues with the temporary service plan. The temporary service plan is managed through our self-service options, like our IVR or Xfinity assistant, and our collections team. We would not have the option to help establish one for you. The temporary service plan can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully apply to the account. Once applied, your account online will have updates. How long ago did you set this up?

user_ku9lvl Once a temporary plan is applied, if there are any issues with the terms or it needs to be paid off before the end date, I have the option to help, but not establish a new one. From the information I can find, our collections team would be the only team that would have the option to set that up for you. They do not have online options to speak to them, unfortunately, but are available over the phone. If your account is still past due and you call in to our 1-800-Xfinity number, you should be routed to our collections team automatically. If you do not reach them, you can ask to be connected. I would be happy to check back with you later here to see if you were able to get assistance with setting that up.
