Taneeka S. Escalation Specialist

So I have been going back and forth on my case for almost a year now. when I finally get someone who could help (so I thought).

Enter Taneeka S. Escalation Specialist she was helping me out with my account she emailed me this "After completing a review of your account, I confirmed that a billing error resulted in charges being applied for the account ending in #[Edited: "Personal Information"]. This issue has now been corrected, and a refund of $561.70 will be processed." Mind you I was suppose to be getting $717.12 from one account and $62.27 from another totaling 779.39... mind you I have all the ref # and case numbers. Xfinity does not care about their customers and will lie to you just to get to close case after 10 months. End result they close the account and only sent $168.00 (after 9months) I have made multiple attempts to reach Taneeka and leaving voice mails they close my case... this is why I will never recommend them or have them for anything.

Hi there, @user_4rc8kg. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear about the experience with your account and the lack of follow-up. We would be happy to assist. To begin, refunds usually take 4-6 weeks. Has it been that long since you were advised of the -$561.70 refund?

Ive been waiting 10 months which is way passed the 4-6weeks. I can forward you all information necessary.

Taneeka reached out and said "After completing a review of your account, I confirmed that a billing error resulted in charges being applied for the account ending in #[Edited: "Personal Information"]. This issue has now been corrected, and a refund of $561.70 will be processed".

Not my original amount that I talked to previously to others. Either way you guys send a $168 card after she said one thing. Xfinti is just filled with liars and scamers.

@user_4rc8kg, I know that it has taken some time to get this resolved, and I can understand being upset. My curiosity is the timing that the refund was applied on our end. It would be received in 4-6 weeks from when it was processed normally. I can check on it for you manually.

Please send a direct message to us including your full name and complete street address.
