Switching to veriszon

Every year my plan went up more and more in price. I was NEVER notified whenever it went up. 
if I reached out to customer service, I was met with non English speaking reps, which is fine. I have no problem communicating with any one at any time but if you’re rude and purposely ignoring my questions and answering others so avoid the truth, I not going to be “ok” with that. 
This company will poke at you and steal your money and then lie and hide when you need help or clarification as to why you’re now being charged $94/mo when it was supposed to be set to a $50/mo plan. 
I was even told by a “supervisor” that I was not allowed to have any discounts so they cannot help me. When I asked why I was not allowed them, she replied “because you are not longer.” [Edited: "Profanity"] does that mean? 
I also received emails from Xfinity saying I have a loyalty discount available and when I spoke to someone about that they told me my email was fake and they we will not help me.

And hire within the country so customers in this country and communicate and solve issues faster and without miscommunication resulting in EXTRA CHARGES!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
